2015 "The Illusionist" Cabernet Sauvignon 1500mL

The 2015 Illusionist is composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. It was aged for 20 months in 65% new French oak. Using mostly Estate fruit from the Walla Walla, Red Mtn., and Horse Heaven Hills AVA's, we have composed an incredibly complex, elegant Cabernet. The deep, opaque ruby red color leads to aromas and flavors of spicebox and tobacco, leather, herbes de provence, and copious amounts of dark red and

black fruits. This wine is beautifully balanced, with terrific acidity, a full, rich texture, and mouth coating, fine grained tannins that lead to a long finish. Drink this over the next two decades.
