2019 "The Conjurer" Red Blend 750mL
The 2019 Conjurer was aged for 11 months in 25% new French oak. and has dark, brooding aromas of plums and Christmas spices, along with an herbal lift on the back end. The wine is richly textured, with an incredibly plush, soft entry that leads to an explosion of flavors on the palate. The palate is dominated by plums, black cherries, and earthy, savory elements like olives, which all lead to a beautifully long finish. The acid profile is tucked away behind the core of gorgeous fruit. Enjoy this beauty (with friends, of course) for the next 12-15 years.
P. S. A special thanks to NPH for lending us his face as The Conjurer on our label.
2019 The Conjurer Red Wine- 91 Points Owen Bargreen
The deep and concentrated 2019 ‘The Conjurer’ is a proprietary blend of Bordeaux varietals that was aged for 11 months in 25% new French oak prior to bottling. Texturally this is really impressive stuff, as red cherry and red raspberry flavors combine with minerals, garrigue and shades of tar on the palate. Drink 2021-2028
2019 The Conjurer Bdx Blend - 90 Points Jeb Dunnuck
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, the 2019 The Conjurer Red Blend offers a juicy, red and black fruited, herbal character to go with a soft, charming, fruit-forward style on the palate. It's nicely balanced and about as drinkable as they come.
