2020 "The Enchantress" Chardonnay 750mL

The 2020 Enchantress Chardonnay hails from French Creek Vineyard in the Eastern portion of the Yakima Valley. It was fermented and aged on the lees in primarily neutral French oak barrels. It has an alluring nose of fresh-cut Granny Smith apples, lemon curd, and white flowers. It is richly textured from the lees-stirring, yet maintains a bright acid profile that broadens and extends the finish. The palate is dominated by notes of apple and pear, exotic baking spices, and a fresh lick of wet stone. This beautiful old-vine Chardonnay should age beautifully for the next decade.
