2020 "The Spellbinder" Red Blend 750mL
Our 2020 Spellbinder is a blend of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot and 8% Syrah. It was aged in a combination of large oak-upright tanks and neutral French oak. Approachable and aromatic, it opens with fresh floral and herbal notes, along with aromas of red cherries and wild raspberries. The entry is rich and mouth coating, with completely integrated tannins. On the palate, you get loads of Asian spices, red cherries, and fresh picked plums, which all lead to a long, soft finish. Drink this wine with friends over he next 5-7 years.
