2021 "The Spellbinder" Red Blend 750mL
The 2021 Spellbinder is a superbly drinkable, Cabernet and Cabernet Franc based blend, that was aged in a combination of large oak-upright tanks and neutral French oak barrels. This wine is approachable upon release and has a potpourri of scents and flavors such as blueberries and Bing cherries, plums, cocoa powder, fresh herbs, and exotic spices. It finishes with dusty tannins that are completely integrated. We think this is the perfect Monday through Sunday wine! Drink this wine with friends over the next 5-7 years.

Aromas of dried herb, green pepper, cherry, and dried orange peel lead to a direct, plump, flavorful palate, chock full of fruit-forwrad, very direct cherry and herb flavors. The oak seems dialed way back. This is just enjoyment in the glass. If you're looking for something that punches well above its weight for a weekday wine or a restaurant wine by the glass, look no further. Thie wine brings it! 14.9% alcohol.

A mélange of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah that pours a medium garnet-rugy hue in the glass. Herbaceous and earthy on the nose to start with dried forest herbs, dried thyme, black peppercord, and tilled earth nothes. Meaty tones hig the mid-palate alonside crushed boysenberries, dried orange peel, and baking chocolate flavors that meld agreeably with the fine-grained tannins and earhty finish. Drink 2024-2030
