The 2022 Spellbinder is a delicious, approachable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and a splash of Syrah. The fruit is sourced from a combination of our Estate blocks and some long term vineyard relationships that we have around the state. We age the wine in all neutral barrels and oak tanks for 12 months and bottle it when the fruit is at its most expressive!
