The palate is deeply layered, offering a velvety fusion of crushed raspberries, blackcurrant reduction, and a whisper of brown mushroom interwoven with saline- drenched minerals. A touch of charred rosemary and wild thyme adds complexity, while the wine's seamless texture and fine-grained tannins provide a balanced structure.
