2023 "The Spellbinder" Red Blend 750mL
The 2023 Spellbinder is a blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Cabernet Franc, 17% Merlot, and 3% Petit Verdot. It shows gorgeous notes of fresh picked red fruits like cherries and strawberries, along with cassis, fresh-picked plums, savory herbs, citrus blossom, and allspice. This vintage has tremendous length and shows medium weight on the palate. The wine is made complete with terrific acidity and soft tannins. Spending 10 months in neutral barrel and large oak tanks for aging, it’s another stunning version of the Spellbinder! Drink now or over the next 5-7 years! As always, it is best enjoyed with music and friends!
